Utility Surveys

Utility Surveys are conducted to locate and map underground utilities such as water, gas, electric and communication cables, pipes and ducts for many reasons including: Pre-Construction, Design and Estate record keeping.

The purpose of the survey is to reduce client risk and minimize damage to utilities while ensuring site and public safety. Surveys are undertaken in accordance with British Standards Institute’s PAS 128, which outlines possible methodologies to accurately map underground utility networks in the UK.
